Steps

  1. Knead the slices of sliced bread one by one.

Peanut butter scones in Air fryer

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, diced
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup icing sugar
  • 2 eggs + 2 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 cup water

Steps

  1. Grease 4 small ramekins (flan moulds)
  2. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, mix the butter and chocolate chips, and melt in 30-second intervals. Add the icing sugar, eggs, egg yolks and vanilla and whisk until smooth.
  3. Add the cocoa powder, flour and salt and whisk until combined.
  4. Pour into the moulds only halfway, then top each mould with about 1 tablespoonful of cream or peanut butter and cover with the remaining batter.
  5. Tightly cover the moulds with foil.
  6. Place the moulds in the basket of the air fryer cooking in batches if necessary.
  7. Cook at 190 ° for 12 minutes, remove the foil and cook for a further 6 minutes.
  8. Let cool, unmould and sprinkle with icing sugar
  9. .

Roast ham with pineapple glaze in Air fryer

Enjoy this recipe on how to make Roast ham with pineapple glaze in an air fryer. Turn a piece of cooked ham into a great dish by adding a pineapple glaze that will make it irresistible.

Ingredients

  • 1 piece of boned and cooked ham 900 to 1300 g
  • For the pineapple glaze250 ml pineapple juice
  • 110 g brown sugar (you can vary this amount to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 pineapple slices
  • Salt
  • Optional: ¼ teaspoon ground cloves and cranberries for decoration

Steps

  1. Remove the ham from the fridge about two hours before cooking, so that it is at room temperature.
  2. Prepare the glaze by putting the pineapple juice, brown sugar, cinnamon, ground cloves and salt in a pan. Cook over medium-low heat for about twenty minutes. It should be reduced by about half. Remove from the heat.
  3. Mark the ham by making shallow lattice cuts.
  4. Lined the inside of the fryer basket with a large sheet of aluminium foil.
  5. With a brush dipped in the glaze, paint the ham. Wrap the foil around the ham until it is well sealed.
  6. Press down so that no air is left inside.
  7. Cook at 170 °C for about 25 minutes.
  8. After this time open the foil and spread the ham with more glaze, without using it all up so that some can be served on the plate.
  9. Close again and leave to finish cooking for a further 25 minutes.
  10. Remove from the fryer and collect any remaining juices on the foil.
  11. Place the pineapple slices on top of the ham and brush the surface with the juices.
  12. Cook, uncovered and at 180°C, for about 5 minutes to caramelise.
  13. Let the ham rest for a few minutes, garnish with the blueberries and serve sliced.
