Peanut butter scones in Air fryer

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, diced
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 2 eggs + 2 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 cup water
Steps
- Grease 4 small ramekins (flan moulds)
- In a medium microwave-safe bowl, mix the butter and chocolate chips, and melt in 30-second intervals. Add the icing sugar, eggs, egg yolks and vanilla and whisk until smooth.
- Add the cocoa powder, flour and salt and whisk until combined.
- Pour into the moulds only halfway, then top each mould with about 1 tablespoonful of cream or peanut butter and cover with the remaining batter.
- Tightly cover the moulds with foil.
- Place the moulds in the basket of the air fryer cooking in batches if necessary.
- Cook at 190 ° for 12 minutes, remove the foil and cook for a further 6 minutes.
- Let cool, unmould and sprinkle with icing sugar .
