Ingredients

  • One large aubergine or two half aubergines
  • Salt, pepper
  • One egg, flour, breadcrumbs
  • Grated cheese

Steps

  1. Wash the aubergine and cut into finger-thick slices.
  2. Season with salt and pepper and leave to stand
  3. To coat in breadcrumbs, dredge in flour, then in egg and finally in breadcrumbs.
  4. Place in the fryer basket with a silicone mould, spray with oil and cook at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
  5. Carefully flip over and replay for a further 8 minutes.
  6. Check that they are well browned and if necessary, add a few more minutes.
  7. Now it is time to cover each slice of aubergine with a mound of cheese and put it back in the oven at 200 degrees for 5 minutes.
  8. Now all that remains is to enjoy the dish as a main course or as a side dish.

In addition to the cheese, you can add a few pieces of Serrano ham, but it would no longer be a vegetarian dish, and to each his own taste, enjoy!

  • 196 millilitres (1 small brik) evaporated cooking milk
  • 150 grams of fine green asparagus
  • 100 grams of garlic
  • 70 grams of diced ham
  • 65 grams (about 3 slices) of Havarti cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Steps

  1. Place the garlic shoots and chopped asparagus in an air fryer pan with a tablespoon of olive oil.
  2. Pour the egg mixture into the mould with the cooked asparagus and garlic. Sprinkle the ham cubes on top and mix lightly. Put back into the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
  3. Turn over, add the Havarti cheese slices and cook for a further 7 minutes.

You can replace the slices of Havarti cheese with slices of your favourite cheese and leave out the ham if you want, it is very tasty.Serve with a slice of bread and a glass of rice and enjoy this delicious omelette.

  • 6-8 mushrooms, depending on size
  • Minced garlic and parsley for stuffing the mushrooms

  1. Separate the mushroom feet and prepare the ingredients for the stuffing, finely chopping the ham, garlic and parsley, the mushroom feet and the onion. Spoon a teaspoon of raw garlic and parsley into the bottom of each mushroom.
  2. Meanwhile, put the rest of the ingredients in a bowl with a couple of sprays of cooking spray and cook for 5 minutes in the airfryer at 195 degrees.
  3. When the stuffing is ready, place on top of the garlic and parsley, pressing well so that the mushroom caps are well stuffed.
  4. Drizzle the mushrooms lightly with olive oil and place them in the basket of the air fryer, set for 10 minutes at 180 degrees on the air fryer or fryer function and let them cook.
