Ingredients

  • 1-2 eggs (according to taste and depending on the number of people at table)
  • Olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt

Steps

  1. To make a fried egg just preheat your air fryer for 5 minutes at 180 degrees.
  2. Place parchment paper in the basket and add a few drops of oil to prevent sticking, crack the egg and place it gently on the parchment paper and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
  3. You can also put the egg in a small earthenware dish. You can put one, two or as many eggs as you like.
  4. Set for 5 minutes at 200 degrees and your eggs are ready.

Chef’s Recommendations

You can cook as many eggs as you like depending on how many of you there are. Accompany them with some good toast if it’s for lunch or breakfast or try adding chorizo or bacon if it’s for lunch.

If you have little ones, you can use biscuit cutters to give them fun shapes.
