Ingredients

  • 6-8 mushrooms, depending on size
  • Minced garlic and parsley for stuffing the mushrooms
  • Serrano ham in finely chopped cubes
  • Virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped

Steps

  1. Separate the mushroom feet and prepare the ingredients for the stuffing, finely chopping the ham, garlic and parsley, the mushroom feet and the onion. Spoon a teaspoon of raw garlic and parsley into the bottom of each mushroom.
  2. Meanwhile, put the rest of the ingredients in a bowl with a couple of sprays of cooking spray and cook for 5 minutes in the airfryer at 195 degrees.
  3. When the stuffing is ready, place on top of the garlic and parsley, pressing well so that the mushroom caps are well stuffed.
  4. Drizzle the mushrooms lightly with olive oil and place them in the basket of the air fryer, set for 10 minutes at 180 degrees on the air fryer or fryer function and let them cook.
