Tex-Mex chicken thighs in Air fryer

Enjoy this recipe on how to make Tex-Mex chicken thighs in an air fryer. Very tasty with a spicy touch

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken thighs
  • Olive oil, salt
  • Ground pepper
  • Ground garlic
  • Ground cayenne
  • Tomillo
  • Soy sauce, tablespoon
  • Chorrito vino blanco

Steps

  1. Take a bowl and add two tablespoons of oil, a teaspoon of paprika, half a teaspoon of pepper, half a teaspoon of thyme, half a teaspoon of garlic, half a teaspoon of cayenne, a dash of wine and a pinch of salt. Stir everything well and with a brush spread it all over the thighs. Ideally, leave them to soak for a couple of hours before cooking.
  2. Now place them in the basket of the fryer so that they do not cover each other and cook at 185 degrees for 10 minutes.
  3. Turn them over and put them back on for another 10 minutes at 185 degrees.
  4. Now program at 200grados 5 minutes to give a crispy touch and they are ready to taste.

Chef’s Recommendations

Using a silicone mould makes it easy to clean and collect the juices to use as a dip, and goes well with chips and dips such as ketchups or barbecue.
