Meat pies in Air fryer

Enjoy this recipe on how to make Meat pies in an air fryer. Hot or cold, always tasty


  • 400 grams minced pork and veal
  • 1 packet of dough sheets for pasties
  • 1 large onion
  • 50 gr of sultanas
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 4 tablespoons of broth
  • 50 gr Pitted olives, chopped into small pieces


  1. Chop the onion as finely as possible and fry in a frying pan with a little oil. When it is poached, add the meat, turning it so that it cooks well.
  2. Once done, add the sultanas, olives, pepper, cumin and paprika, mix well and finally add the broth, leave for a few minutes and set aside to cool slightly.
  3. Place 4 by 4 in the basket of the fryer, but make sure they do not touch each other. You can brush them with beaten egg to brown them better, although I didn’t use it. Set at 180 degrees for 12 minutes. After the time has elapsed, check that they are well done and if necessary, add a couple of minutes more. Remove and serve

You can use the meat you like best, I used a mixture of pork and beef to make them juicier, once the empanadas are done you can keep them in a taper or even freeze them and fry them the day you need them. Hot or cold they are delicious and easy to take to work or to the countryside.
