Tex-Mex chicken thighs in Air fryer
Enjoy this recipe on how to make Tex-Mex chicken thighs in an air fryer. Very tasty with a spicy touch
Ingredients
- 6 chicken thighs
- Olive oil, salt
- Ground pepper
- Ground garlic
- Ground cayenne
- Tomillo
- Soy sauce, tablespoon
- Chorrito vino blanco
Steps
- Take a bowl and add two tablespoons of oil, a teaspoon of paprika, half a teaspoon of pepper, half a teaspoon of thyme, half a teaspoon of garlic, half a teaspoon of cayenne, a dash of wine and a pinch of salt. Stir everything well and with a brush spread it all over the thighs. Ideally, leave them to soak for a couple of hours before cooking.
- Now place them in the basket of the fryer so that they do not cover each other and cook at 185 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Turn them over and put them back on for another 10 minutes at 185 degrees.
- Now program at 200grados 5 minutes to give a crispy touch and they are ready to taste.
