Pork Trinoza Wrapped in Ham in Air fryer

Ingredients
- 6 pieces Serrano ham, thinly sliced
- 1 pork loin (454 g), halved, buttered and pounded
- 6 g salt
- 1 g black pepper
- 227 g fresh spinach leaves, divided
- 4 g mozzarella cheese slices, divided
- 18 g sun-dried tomatoes, divided
- 10 ml olive oil, divided
Steps
- Place 3 pieces of ham on baking paper, slightly overlapping each other. Place 1 half of the pork on the ham. Repeat with the other half.
- Season the inside of the pork rolls with salt and pepper.
- Place half of the spinach, cheese and sun-dried tomatoes on top of the pork loin, leaving a 13 mm border on all sides.
- Wrap the fillet tightly around the stuffing and tie with kitchen string to keep it closed.
- Repeat the process for the other pork fillet and place them in the fridge.
- Preheat your oil-less fryer to 160°C.
- Brush 5ml of olive oil over each wrapped fillet and place them in the preheated air fryer.
- Select Fillet if your air fryer has this option, set the time to 9 minutes and press Start/Pause. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
