New York Cheesecake in Air fryer

Enjoy this recipe on how to make New York Cheesecake in an air fryer. A delicious New York cheesecake to sweeten your desserts or snacks.


  • 180 g Galleta Lotus
  • 50 g unsalted butter
  • 900 gr cream cheese (3 tubs)
  • 20 gr harina
  • 200 g fresh cream (creme fraîche)
  • 200 gr sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Lotus cream (optional)


  1. Remove the cream cheese first of all about half an hour beforehand to allow it to temper. Preheat the air fryer to 170.
  2. Start with the biscuit base by heating the butter and mixing it with the chopped Lotus biscuit. Then spread it on the base of the mould. And this goes into the airfryer for about 5 minutes.
  3. While the base is baking in the oven, make the dough mixture.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the flour and salt until smooth.
  5. Add the sugar, creme fraîche and vanilla essence to the bowl. Mix well.
  6. Add the eggs one by one, stirring the mixture continuously. The mixture is ready.
  7. Put the mixture into the mould where you baked the biscuit base. Bake again at 160 degrees for approx. 40 minutes.
  8. When the cake is cooked, refrigerate for at least 6 hours, and it’s ready to enjoy!

Chef’s Recommendations

Serve with Lotus cream. If you don’t have any jam, chocolate syrup or nothing at all, it’s delicious.
