La Viña Cheesecake in Air fryer

  • 425 g de queso tipo Philadelphia
  • 170 g sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 12 g sifted flour
  • 215 ml cream


  1. Moisten the baking paper and place it in an 18-20 cm baking sheet that will fit in the pan.
  2. Mix the cheese and sugar in a bowl until well blended.
  3. Add the eggs one by one and beat the mixture, do not add the next one until the previous one is integrated.
  4. Mix the resulting cream with the sifted flour.
  5. Add the cream and mix again
  6. Pour into the mould.
  7. Braise for 40 minutes at 160 degrees centigrade.
  8. Leave to cool. Place in the fridge, remove from the mould and serve when well chilled.

Chef’s Recommendations

As the cream cartons come in 200 ml and the recipe calls for 216 ml, I cheat and fill the missing 16 ml of cream with milk, and I don’t notice the difference to when I make it with just cream.Wetting the paper well and wringing it out before placing it makes the job much easier.
