La Viña Cheesecake in Air fryer

- 425 g de queso tipo Philadelphia
- 170 g sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 12 g sifted flour
- 215 ml cream
- Moisten the baking paper and place it in an 18-20 cm baking sheet that will fit in the pan.
- Mix the cheese and sugar in a bowl until well blended.
- Add the eggs one by one and beat the mixture, do not add the next one until the previous one is integrated.
- Mix the resulting cream with the sifted flour.
- Add the cream and mix again
- Pour into the mould.
- Braise for 40 minutes at 160 degrees centigrade.
- Leave to cool. Place in the fridge, remove from the mould and serve when well chilled.
