Mediterranean lamb meatballs in Air fryer

  • 450 g minced lamb
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 5 g salt
  • 1 g black pepper
  • 2 g mint, freshly chopped
  • 2g ground cumin
  • 3ml hot sauce
  • 1g chilli powder
  • 1 spring onion
  • 8g chopped parsley
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 2g lemon zest
  • 10ml olive oil
  • .


  1. Mix the lamb, garlic, salt, pepper, mint, cumin, cumin, hot sauce, chilli powder, spring onion, parsley, lemon juice and lemon zest until well blended. Create balls with the lamb mixture and chill for 30 minutes.
  2. Select Preheat on the air fryer and press Start/Pause.
  3. Cover the meatballs with olive oil and place them in the preheated fryer.
  4. Select Fillet, set the time to 10 minutes and press Start/Pause.

Take a reference from your oil-less fryer, if it needs more or less temperature with what is specified in the recipe. Not all fryers are the same, and times may vary slightly. This recipe has been tested in a Cosori air fryer, but you can use one from another manufacturer without any problems.
