Mediterranean lamb meatballs in Air fryer

Ingredients
- 450 g minced lamb
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 5 g salt
- 1 g black pepper
- 2 g mint, freshly chopped
- 2g ground cumin
- 3ml hot sauce
- 1g chilli powder
- 1 spring onion
- 8g chopped parsley
- 15ml lemon juice
- 2g lemon zest
- 10ml olive oil .
Steps
- Mix the lamb, garlic, salt, pepper, mint, cumin, cumin, hot sauce, chilli powder, spring onion, parsley, lemon juice and lemon zest until well blended. Create balls with the lamb mixture and chill for 30 minutes.
- Select Preheat on the air fryer and press Start/Pause.
- Cover the meatballs with olive oil and place them in the preheated fryer.
- Select Fillet, set the time to 10 minutes and press Start/Pause.
