Medallion of veal in Air fryer

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter at room temperature
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon chopped chives (optional)
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon chopped rosemary
- 900 grams veal(will be to your taste, medallions, filet mignon…) Salt and pepper.
Steps
- Place the butter, garlic and herbs in a bowl and mix well.
- On a chopping board, place the butter in the centre, roll up and form a tube. Tighten the ends well and form knots so that it does not lose its shape.
- Refrigerate for 20 minutes. Cut into slices and set aside.
- Season the medallions with salt and pepper.
