Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons butter at room temperature
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon chopped chives (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon chopped rosemary
  • 900 grams veal(will be to your taste, medallions, filet mignon…)
  • Salt and pepper.

Steps

  1. Place the butter, garlic and herbs in a bowl and mix well.
