Air Fryer Chicken and Vegetables

A complete air fryer dinner in one basket: tender chicken with colorful peppers, onion and mushrooms, all roasted together until golden. It's fast, healthy and endlessly adaptable to whatever veggies you have.
A splash of white wine and a little smoky paprika give it a savory depth. Serve over rice, in a wrap, or just as-is.
Ingredients
Instructions
Start the veg
Toss the chopped onion, garlic, peppers and mushrooms with oil, salt and pepper. Air fry at 400°F for about 8 minutes.
Add flavor
Stir in the smoked paprika and a splash of white wine and cook 2 minutes more.
Add chicken
Add the chicken tenderloins and air fry at 400°F for about 12 minutes, shaking halfway, until the chicken reaches 165°F and the veg is tender.
- Cut everything a similar size for even cooking.
- Give the veg a head start so it softens before the chicken finishes.
- Swap in zucchini, broccoli or cherry tomatoes.
