Instructions

Spread the shortcrust pastry on the fryer basket and set the manual menu for 8 minutes at 150 ºC.
Once the menu is finished, rub the sobrassada on the base, distribute the ham and the julienned onion.
Whip the egg with the cream and pour it on top.
Sprinkle with paprika and thyme and set the oven menu again at 150 ºC for 20 minutes.
