Air Fryer Garlic Bread

Garlic bread with a crisp edge and a soft, buttery middle in about 8 minutes. A garlic-butter-olive oil spread and a sprinkle of Parmesan do all the work, and the air fryer toasts it more evenly than the oven.
Serve it alongside pasta, soup or a big salad, or make a double batch for the table. It's one of the easiest side dishes you can make.
Ingredients
Instructions
Cut
Slice the baguette in half lengthwise, then cut each half crosswise into 2 pieces.
Make the spread
Mash the garlic, butter and olive oil into a paste.
Top
Spread the paste evenly over the cut sides and sprinkle with Parmesan.
Air fry
Preheat to 320°F. Place the bread cut side up in the basket and cook about 8 minutes, until golden and toasted.
Garnish
Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
- Use softened, not melted, butter so the spread stays on top.
- Watch it from minute 6; Parmesan browns fast.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes or Italian seasoning for extra flavor.
