- Pisto
- Bonito en escabeche
- Pie dough
- Egg for brushing .
Steps
- Place the dough in the container you are going to use. In this case I used a silicone one.
- Add the ratatouille mixed with the pickled tuna
- Close the dough
- Brush with egg to make it golden brown
- Preheat to 190°
- Bake in 25 minutes at 190°. The last 5 minutes go up to 200° .
