  • Bonito en escabeche
  • Pie dough
  • Egg for brushing

Steps

  1. Place the dough in the container you are going to use. In this case I used a silicone one.
  2. Add the ratatouille mixed with the pickled tuna
  3. Close the dough
  4. Brush with egg to make it golden brown
  5. Preheat to 190°
  6. Bake in 25 minutes at 190°. The last 5 minutes go up to 200°
  7. .

Chef’s Recommendations

I had leftover ratatouille and I used it for this empanada, but you can fill it with whatever you like.
