Chocolate coulants in Air fryer

Ingredients
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp flour
- 3 eggs
- 80 g sugar
- 50 g butter Elasted sugar (Optional)
Steps
- Melt the butter with 100 grams of chocolate and two tablespoons of water.
- In a bowl, beat the three eggs with the sugar and the tablespoon of flour.
- Add the melted chocolate to the eggs and mix well. Divide the batter into 8 moulds, about a third full.
- Divide the remaining chocolate into 8 portions. Place each portion in a mould.
- Distribute the remaining batter into the moulds, thus covering the solid chocolate.
- Cook in the air fryer at maximum temperature for 8 minutes. Serve sprinkled with icing sugar.
