Chocolate coulants in Air fryer

Enjoy this recipe on how to make Chocolate coulants in an air fryer. Sweet and delicious

Ingredients

  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 80 g sugar
  • 50 g butter
  • Elasted sugar (Optional)

Steps

  1. Melt the butter with 100 grams of chocolate and two tablespoons of water.
  2. In a bowl, beat the three eggs with the sugar and the tablespoon of flour.
  3. Add the melted chocolate to the eggs and mix well. Divide the batter into 8 moulds, about a third full.
  4. Divide the remaining chocolate into 8 portions. Place each portion in a mould.
  5. Distribute the remaining batter into the moulds, thus covering the solid chocolate.
  6. Cook in the air fryer at maximum temperature for 8 minutes.
  7. Serve sprinkled with icing sugar.

Chef’s Recommendations

My fryer reaches 230°C and at that temperature it was 8 minutes. If it reaches a lower temperature, you may need to leave it a minute longer. If you don’t eat them all at once, I recommend heating for 15-20 seconds in the microwave so that the ounce inside melts again.
