Air Fryer Calzone (Tomato & Mozzarella)

A golden, crispy air fryer calzone stuffed with rich tomato sauce and gooey mozzarella — pizza you can hold, folded into a pocket. The air fryer bakes the dough crisp while the cheese melts inside.
Fill it your way with pepperoni, veggies or ricotta. It's a fun, handheld dinner that comes together in about 20 minutes.

Instructions
Roll & fill
Roll the dough into a round. Spread sauce and cheese over one half, leaving a border, and add any extra fillings.
Fold & seal
Fold the dough over into a half-moon and crimp the edges firmly. Brush with beaten egg and cut a small vent.
Air fry
Air fry at 380°F for about 10–12 minutes, until deep golden and crisp and the cheese is melted.
- Don't overfill or it will burst — leave a good border.
- Vent the top so steam escapes.
- Serve with warm marinara for dipping.
