Carrot cake in Air fryer

Enjoy this recipe on how to make Carrot cake in an air fryer. Recipe for homemade carrot cake, fluffy and very tasty.

Ingredients

  • 125 g condensed milk
  • 120 g flour
  • 100 g grated carrot
  • 25 ml sunflower oil
  • 8 g baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 pinch nutmeg powder
  • .

Steps

  1. Whisk the eggs with the condensed milk and oil. Add the grated carrot and mix.
  2. Incorporate the sifted flour, baking powder and spices. Mix well.
  3. Pour into a greased and floured (or sprayed with non-stick spray) baking tin.
  4. Lid with aluminium foil and cook in the air fryer at 180º for 30 minutes. Uncover and cook for a further 3 minutes to brown.
  5. Unmould, leave to cool and the carrot sponge cake is ready.
