Carrot cake in Air fryer

Ingredients
- 125 g condensed milk
- 120 g flour
- 100 g grated carrot
- 25 ml sunflower oil
- 8 g baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 pinch nutmeg powder .
Steps
- Whisk the eggs with the condensed milk and oil. Add the grated carrot and mix.
- Incorporate the sifted flour, baking powder and spices. Mix well.
- Pour into a greased and floured (or sprayed with non-stick spray) baking tin.
- Lid with aluminium foil and cook in the air fryer at 180º for 30 minutes. Uncover and cook for a further 3 minutes to brown. Unmould, leave to cool and the carrot sponge cake is ready.
