Bread pudding in Air fryer

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 4 level tablespoons of sugar
- 2 lactose-free muffins (gluten-free for coeliacs)
- 2 glasses of milk
- For the caramel: 2 heaped tablespoons of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of water .
Steps
- Preheat the air fryer.
- Whisk the eggs in a bowl, add the sugar and mix. Stir in the milk and the crumbled bread rolls. Set aside.
- Place the sugar in a saucepan with the water for the caramel. Place over a medium heat and wait until it starts to caramelise. Turn off the heat and pour into a flan dish, spreading it well.
- Pour the reserved mixture into the flan dish and cover with aluminium foil, taking care not to let it come loose.
- Place the flan dish inside the fryer tray and program 20 minutes at 200º. Remove from the air fryer, leave to cool and ready.
