Chocolate coulant in Air fryer

Ingredients

  • 150 g dessert chocolate
  • 150 g unsalted butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g sugar
  • 70 g wheat flour
  • A pinch of salt

Steps

  1. Chop the chocolate and place with the butter in a bowl to melt. Microwave at full power in 3 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval. If the chocolate is not completely melted, continue heating the mixture in 30-second intervals until everything is well blended.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the chocolate and stir with a spoon until you obtain a homogeneous mixture without lumps.
  3. Grease a couple of small silicone moulds with a pinch of oil and pour in the mixture. Bake the coulants for 8 minutes with the air fryer set at 200 °.
  4. Unmould the coulant and serve freshly made, sprinkle with a pinch of icing sugar or serve with ice cream.
