Bread in Air fryer

Enjoy this recipe on how to make Bread in an air fryer. Recipe for making bread in the air fryer. Most of the process is the same as for the oven, as we have to knead, but it is a great option if you don’t want to use the oven because of the cost of electricity, if you don’t have one or if you want to treat yourself to making it yourself.

Ingredients

  • 250 grams of strong flour
  • 15 grams of fresh yeast
  • Salt
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 150 ml of water.

Steps

  1. Place the sifted flour in a bowl
  2. Make a flour volcano to add the ingredients. Pour a pinch of salt to taste and the two tablespoons of olive oil into the hole in the flour
  3. Dissolve the yeast in a little warm water. Be careful here, because it does not have to be very hot so that it does not lose its effect. We will use a glass with the indicated measure of water, about 150 ml.
  4. The yeast must be perfectly integrated into the water before adding it to the rest of the ingredients
  5. Pour the water with the yeast into the centre of the flour and the rest of the ingredients and begin to knead very patiently
  6. We must work the dough until it is uniform and does not stick to our hands, To do this we will add a little more flour as necessary
  7. We make a ball and cover it with flour, we will leave it in a floured bowl so that the dough does not stick
  8. We cover it and leave it until it has doubled in size, an hour or two of rest more or less
  9. We shape our bread, and bake it at 180 degrees for 45 minutes
  10. Ready

Chef’s Recommendations

Because it may be a little different depending on your fryer, I recommend that the first time, you keep an eye on it from time to time to see how it is doing, in case it needs a little more time or a little less time.
