Bizcocho de zanahoria in Air fryer

Enjoy this recipe on how to make Bizcocho de zanahoria in an air fryer. A recipe for a juicy and tasty carrot sponge cake

Ingredients

  • 125 g condensed milk
  • 120 gr de harina
  • 100 g grated carrot
  • 25 ml sunflower oil
  • 8 g baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg powder

Steps

  1. Beat the eggs with the condensed milk and oil. Add the grated carrot and mix.
  2. Stir in the sifted flour, baking powder and spices. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured (or sprayed with non-stick spray) plum cake tin.
  4. Cover with aluminium foil and cook in the air fryer at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and cook for a further 3 minutes to brown.
  5. Remove from the mould and leave to cool.

Chef’s Recommendations

You can add 30 g of chopped walnuts (or nuts of your choice) to the dough, mix and cook. You will see that it gives a different and very yummy touch to your carrot cake.
