Bizcocho de zanahoria in Air fryer

Ingredients
- 125 g condensed milk
- 120 gr de harina
- 100 g grated carrot
- 25 ml sunflower oil
- 8 g baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger
- 1 pinch of nutmeg powder
Steps
- Beat the eggs with the condensed milk and oil. Add the grated carrot and mix.
- Stir in the sifted flour, baking powder and spices. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased and floured (or sprayed with non-stick spray) plum cake tin.
- Cover with aluminium foil and cook in the air fryer at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and cook for a further 3 minutes to brown.
- Remove from the mould and leave to cool.
