  • Approximately 5 chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon garlic salt
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ tablespoon canola or vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup barbecue sauce
  • .

Steps

  1. Season the thighs with the garlic salt, cumin, pepper, salt and oil.
  2. Place them in the cooking basket of your oil-free fryer and program for 30 minutes at 160°C. When the timer announces that the time has elapsed, remove the cooking tray and with the help of a brush spread the barbecue sauce on each thigh. Cook for a further 15 minutes at 160°C.   • 1 part condensed milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 150 g sugar.

Steps
