Cajun Air Fryer Potatoes

Crispy potato wedges coated in a smoky, spicy Cajun blend with paprika, cayenne, cumin and thyme. A little cornstarch gives them a crunchy shell in the air fryer.
They are a great side for burgers, chicken or fish, or a snack with ranch for dipping. Soaking the potatoes first removes surface starch for extra crispness.
