Provolone cheese with tomato in Air fryer

Enjoy this recipe on how to make Provolone cheese with tomato in an air fryer. A simple recipe also known as provoleta. You can make it with natural tomato sauce and it will be tastier, or you can also use the typical fried tomato.

Ingredients

  • Provolone cheese
  • 250 ml fried tomato
  • Oregano
  • Mould to make it.

Steps

  1. Place the tomato sauce in the mould
  2. If the provolone does not have oregano, add it by sprinkling a little on top
  3. Add the provolone to the mould, making sure that it is in the centre and remains sunk in the tomato
  4. Place the air fryer at 180 degrees for 7 minutes
  5. Check to see if you need to leave it a couple of minutes longer, if it is ready, take it out and serve
  6. .

Chef’s Recommendations

We can add a couple of eggs, if we do this, we have to be careful that they do not come together, and are each on one side of the mould.when we check after 7 minutes, we will take as a reference if the white part is done, to put it a little more.if we put eggs, we add a pinch of salt and pepper.I recommend you to accompany the provoleta with toasted bread to enjoy this delicious cheese.
