Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 Eggs
- 2 cups of flour
- 4 tablespoons of cooking oil
- 1 cup sugar
- Cinnamon to taste
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 1/2 de Leche
Steps
- Mash the bananas until they are mashed.
- Add the eggs, sugar and milk, beat until the ingredients are well blended.
- Gradually add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, mix well.
- Leave to stand for about 10 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 120°C
- Grease a heat-resistant container. And pour in the mixture
- Roast at 120°C for 50 minutes.
