Meat pies in Air fryer

Ingredients
- 400 grams minced pork and veal
- 1 packet of dough sheets for pasties
- 1 large onion
- 50 gr of sultanas
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 4 tablespoons of broth
- 50 gr Pitted olives, chopped into small pieces
Steps
- Chop the onion as finely as possible and fry in a frying pan with a little oil. When it is poached, add the meat, turning it so that it cooks well.
- Once done, add the sultanas, olives, pepper, cumin and paprika, mix well and finally add the broth, leave for a few minutes and set aside to cool slightly.
- Place 4 by 4 in the basket of the fryer, but make sure they do not touch each other. You can brush them with beaten egg to brown them better, although I didn’t use it. Set at 180 degrees for 12 minutes. After the time has elapsed, check that they are well done and if necessary, add a couple of minutes more. Remove and serve
