Teriyaki glazed salmon in Air fryer

Ingredients
- TERIYAKI SAUCE
- 120 ml soy sauce
- 50 g sugar
- 1 g grated ginger
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 60 ml orange juice
- SALMON
- 2 salmon fillets
- 20 ml vegetable oil
- Salt and white pepper to taste .
Steps
- Combine all the teriyaki sauce ingredients in a small saucepan.
- Bring the sauce to the boil, reduce by half, then leave to cool.
- Select Preheat, on the air fryer set the temperature to 175°C and press Start/Pause.
- Cover the salmon with oil and season with salt and white pepper.
- Place the salmon in the preheated air fryer, facing down. Select Seafood, set to 8 minutes and press Start/Pause.
- Remove the salmon from the fryer when done. Leave to rest for 5 minutes, then glaze with teriyaki sauce. Serve on a bed of rice or with grilled vegetables.
