Vegan cauliflower wings in Air fryer

Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower
- 125 ml rice milk
- 125 ml water
- 100 g flour
- 4 tbsp vegetable seasoning
- For the marinade: 3 tbsp barbecue sauce
- 2 tbsp tomato concentrate
- 100 ml water
- 1 pinch vegetable seasoning .
Steps
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
- Wash the cauliflower and separate into small florets. Mix the rice milk with the water and flour in a bowl. Season with 1 pinch of salt and the vegetable seasoning.
- Cover the cauliflower florets with the batter, letting the excess drip off. Cover the basket with baking paper and put the cauliflower sprouts in.
- Let them cook for about 5 minutes. Turn them over and cook for a further 5 minutes.
- For the marinade, bring the barbecue sauce, water, tomato concentrate and vegetable seasoning to the boil in a saucepan, stirring constantly for 10 minutes.
- Remove the cauliflower from the air fryer and place in a bowl. Add the marinade and mix well. Return the cauliflower to the basket and wait approximately another 5 minutes.
- Turn the cauliflower florets back over and cook for another 5 minutes. If they are still not crispy, leave them for another 5 minutes. Remove the cauliflower wings from the air fryer and serve.
