Ingredients
- 1/2 large boniato
- 100 grams fresh cheese
- 2 handfuls of walnuts
- 1 teaspoon honey
Steps
- Wash the sweet potato well, removing any soil it may have.
- Place the sweet potato slices in your air fryer, add a little oil and salt, and cook at 180ºC for 20 minutes.
- While the sweet potato is cooking, place the cream cheese in a bowl and crumble it. Add a handful of chopped walnuts (you can chop them on a board with a knife or crumble them with your own hands) and a teaspoon of honey. Mix together.
