Stromboli in Air fryer

Ingredients
- 283 g chilled pizza dough
- All-purpose flour, for dusting
- 8 slices cooked ham
- 3 slices provolone cheese
- 3 slices mozzarella cheese
- 50 g roasted red peppers, chopped
- 1 g Italian seasoning
- 1 egg, beaten
- 15 ml milk
- 1 g salt
- 1 g dried oregano
- 1 g garlic powder
- 1 g black pepper .
Steps
- Let the dough rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Dust the dough with flour and knead it until it is 6 mm thick.
- Layer the ham, cheese, peppers and Italian seasoning on half of the dough. Fold to seal.
- Mix the egg and milk. Brush top of dough with egg mixture.
- Sprinkle salt, oregano, garlic powder and pepper on top. Set aside.
- Preheat your air fryer to a temperature of 175°C.
- Place the strombolicada in the preheated air fryer.
- Cook at 175°C for 20 minutes. Turn the strombolicada for 5 minutes during cooking.
