Spring rolls in Air fryer

Enjoy this recipe on how to make Spring rolls in an air fryer. Make your own spring rolls in your deep fryer without oil.


  • 150g cooked shredded chicken breast
  • 1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium carrot, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • ½ teaspoon ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chicken seasoning powder.
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 8 spring roll wrappers
  • ½ teaspoon vegetable oil.


  1. Prepare the stuffing. Place the chicken in a bowl and mix with the celery, carrot and mushrooms. Add the ginger, sugar and chicken seasoning powder, stir evenly.
  2. Mix the egg with the cornflour to a thick paste; set aside. Place some filling on each spring roll wrapper and roll up, seal ends with egg mixture.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 200°C. Lightly impregnate the spring rolls with oil before placing in the cooking basket.
  4. Fry in two batches, cook each batch for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Serve with sweet chilli sauce or soy sauce.

Remember that you can modify the ingredients as you wish, always bearing in mind that they must have a similar cooking time to the original ones. We recommend that you try several times if they don’t come out perfect the first time. Take a reference of your oil-free fryer, if it needs more or less temperature with what is specified in the recipe. Not all fryers are the same, and times may vary slightly. This recipe has been tested in a Nevir air fryer, but you can use another manufacturer’s air fryer without any problems.
