Spring rolls in Air fryer

Ingredients
- 150g cooked shredded chicken breast
- 1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
- 1 medium carrot, thinly sliced
- ½ cup mushrooms, thinly sliced
- ½ teaspoon ginger, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon chicken seasoning powder.
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 8 spring roll wrappers ½ teaspoon vegetable oil.
Steps
- Prepare the stuffing. Place the chicken in a bowl and mix with the celery, carrot and mushrooms. Add the ginger, sugar and chicken seasoning powder, stir evenly.
- Mix the egg with the cornflour to a thick paste; set aside. Place some filling on each spring roll wrapper and roll up, seal ends with egg mixture.
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C. Lightly impregnate the spring rolls with oil before placing in the cooking basket.
- Fry in two batches, cook each batch for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with sweet chilli sauce or soy sauce.
