Silly tuna eggs in Air fryer
Enjoy this recipe on how to make Silly tuna eggs in an air fryer. One of the most traditional dishes, in the shape of a croquette, they are cooked using the bread from the previous day.
Ingredients
- 6 slices of bread that has gone dry or bread from the previous day
- 2 eggs
- 150 ml milk
- 2 tins of tuna (I used plain)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp dried parsley
- 2 tbsp dried parsley
- Olive oil spray
Steps
- Cut the bread and put it in pieces in a bowl.
- Chop the garlic very small (I use a garlic press)
- Add the bread, chopped garlic, dried parsley, milk, salt, crumbled tuna and the two beaten eggs to a bowl.
- Mix and mash everything with a fork until it forms a dough.
- Helping us with two spoons, we are going to form the eggs as if they were croquettes (you can use your hands if it is more comfortable for you).
- When they are ready, spray them with olive oil.
- Preheat the fryer to 200° for 5 minutes.
- Cut out parchment paper to the size of your fryer tray, put it inside and place the eggs on top without letting them touch each other.
- Cook for 20 minutes at 200°. Check from time to time to turn them over. Serve and enjoy.
