  • Black pudding with rice
  • Optional Flour
  • Optional pepper
  • Varnish oil

Steps

  1. Cut the black pudding into slices of approximately 1 centimetre.
  2. You dip them in flour
  3. You varnish them with oil
  4. Put them in the fryer for 10 minutes.
  5. You mount them on a slice of bread and add pepper if you like.

Chef’s Recommendations

The flour is optional, I like it because it gives it a more consistent texture. The pepper accompaniment is also optional.
