Potatoes au Gratin in Air fryer

Ingredients
- 3 medium potatoes, peeled
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ cup cream
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ¼ cup grated Gruyere or semi-cured cheese .
Steps
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
- Cut the potatoes into thin slices. In a bowl, mix the milk and cream and season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Brush the potato slices with the milk mixture.
- Place the potato slices in a 15 cm Quiche-type baking dish and pour the rest of the cream mixture into the dish on top of the potatoes. Distribute the cheese over the potatoes.
- Place the Quiche pan in the cooking basket and insert the basket into the air fryer. Set the timer to 15 minutes and cook until nicely browned. Set the timer to 15 minutes and cook until golden brown.
