Ingredients

  • 1 large potato
  • 1 onion
  • 2 eggs
  • Parsley to taste (can be dried)
  • 2 cda of acceptance

Steps

  1. Cut the potato into thin slices and chop the parsley finely.
  2. Place the potato slices in a bowl and add the chopped parsley, salt and pepper and a tablespoon of oil. Mix
  3. Throw the mixture into the fryer and cook for 15 minutes at 170°.
  4. While the potato is cooking, julienne the onion and separate the onion from the potato.
  5. When the potatoes are done cooking, stir and add the julienned onion and drizzle with oil again. Cook for a further 10 minutes at 170°.
  6. While this is cooking, beat 2 eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Add the cooked potatoes and onions to the egg and mix. Then add this preparation to an air fryer dish and cook for 10 minutes at 200°.
