Ingredients
- 1 large potato
- 1 onion
- 2 eggs
- Parsley to taste (can be dried)
- 2 cda of acceptance
Steps
- Cut the potato into thin slices and chop the parsley finely.
- Place the potato slices in a bowl and add the chopped parsley, salt and pepper and a tablespoon of oil. Mix
- Throw the mixture into the fryer and cook for 15 minutes at 170°.
- While the potato is cooking, julienne the onion and separate the onion from the potato.
- When the potatoes are done cooking, stir and add the julienned onion and drizzle with oil again. Cook for a further 10 minutes at 170°.
- While this is cooking, beat 2 eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the cooked potatoes and onions to the egg and mix. Then add this preparation to an air fryer dish and cook for 10 minutes at 200°.
