Ingredients

  • Aji morron rojo
  • Aji morron green
  • Aji morron amarillo
  • One chicken breast
  • 1 leek
  • Mani and gusto

Steps

  1. Julienne the bell peppers and the white part of the leek, season with salt and pepper and throw into the air fryer.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into strips or cubes, season with salt and pepper and scatter over the vegetables.
  3. Cook the vegetables and chicken at 180° for 15/18 minutes.
  4. After these minutes, add the peanuts and mix. Cook for a further 15 minutes.

Chef’s Recommendations

We recommend stirring during the second cooking, not the first, as we want the chicken pieces to cook well. A little ginger powder and sesame oil can be added for a more oriental flavour. Peanuts can be omitted in case of allergy sufferers.
