Pork tenderloin in Air fryer
Enjoy this recipe on how to make Pork tenderloin in an air fryer. Simple and tasty recipe
Ingredients
- 2 pork tenderloins
- 1 large tomato
- 1 goat log
- Garlic and parsley mince
- Salt
- Pepper
- Potatoes for garnish .
Steps
- Cut the potatoes in half, season with salt and pepper and put them in the air fryer on potato mode for 20 minutes.
- Clean the tenderloins, remove all the fat that may be present.
- Dry with kitchen paper and season to taste.
- Make several cuts in the tenderloin without going all the way down (like little books) from the top to the bottom of the tenderloin. Leave a couple of fingers approx. between each cut.
- Paint each cut with the garlic and parsley paste.
- Cut the tomato and the goat’s cheese into slices of half a cm each and place one of each in each cut.
- Place in the deep fryer at 180° for 15 minutes.
- Add the potatoes and cook for a further 5 minutes. The meat will release juices as it cooks, which will remain in the basket of your deep fryer. You can add it to the dish as it is or reduce it a little.
