Pasiega cheese in Air fryer

Ingredients
- 500 gr fresh cheese (Burgos type)
- 2 eggs
- 50 g melted unsalted butter
- 160 g white sugar
- 70 g wheat flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Steps
- Preheat the air fryer to 200º. Chop the fresh cheese with a fork or whisk.
- Add the eggs.
- Add the butter.
- Pour in the white sugar.
- Add the flour, salt, lemon zest and cinnamon, mix well.
- Grease and line the mould.
- Bake in the air fryer for 20 minutes.
- Leave the quesada pasiega to cool slightly before unmoulding.
- Serve the quesada pasiega cold or warm.
