Pasiega cheese in Air fryer

Enjoy this recipe on how to make Pasiega cheese in an air fryer. A delicious dessert to lick your fingers with


  • 500 gr fresh cheese (Burgos type)
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g melted unsalted butter
  • 160 g white sugar
  • 70 g wheat flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon


  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200º. Chop the fresh cheese with a fork or whisk.
  2. Add the eggs.
  3. Add the butter.
  4. Pour in the white sugar.
  5. Add the flour, salt, lemon zest and cinnamon, mix well.
  6. Grease and line the mould.
  7. Bake in the air fryer for 20 minutes.
  8. Leave the quesada pasiega to cool slightly before unmoulding.
  9. Serve the quesada pasiega cold or warm.

You can eat the quesada pasiega cold or a little warm, as soon as it comes out of the air fryer. It is delicious either way. The touch of lemon and cinnamon in the quesada makes it completely irresistible, you won’t be able to eat just one piece.Enjoy!
