Oatmeal biscuits in Air fryer

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flakes
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp sugar (better if brown)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp salt.

Steps

    Pour the rolled oats and oatmeal into a bowl and stir.
  1. Add the sugar, the pinch of salt and mix.
  2. Add the egg, a teaspoon of vanilla and a teaspoon of coconut.
  3. Stir well until everything is very homogeneous. If you see that the dough forms big balls, add a little milk.
  4. When you have a dough that you can handle well with your hands, cover it with cling film and put it in the fridge for half an hour.
  5. After this time, remove it and make the biscuits. To do this, form small balls with your hands and flatten them slightly.
  6. Preheat the air fryer at 180º for 5 minutes.
  7. Insert the biscuits and program 160º for 8 minutes.
