Oatmeal biscuits in Air fryer

Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flakes
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp sugar (better if brown)
- 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp salt.
Steps
- Pour the rolled oats and oatmeal into a bowl and stir.
- Add the sugar, the pinch of salt and mix.
- Add the egg, a teaspoon of vanilla and a teaspoon of coconut.
- Stir well until everything is very homogeneous. If you see that the dough forms big balls, add a little milk.
- When you have a dough that you can handle well with your hands, cover it with cling film and put it in the fridge for half an hour.
- After this time, remove it and make the biscuits. To do this, form small balls with your hands and flatten them slightly.
- Preheat the air fryer at 180º for 5 minutes. Insert the biscuits and program 160º for 8 minutes.
