Lemon counter-legs in Air fryer

Enjoy this recipe on how to make Lemon counter-legs in an air fryer. Very simple and tasty recipe for lemon chicken thighs.

Ingredients

  • 6 bone-in chicken thighs with skin
  • The juice of 1 lemon
  • A pinch of salt
  • The spices of your choice (optional).

Steps

  1. Place the chicken on a tray, placing the pieces side by side, without crowding them.
  2. Squeeze the juice of a lemon over them, add salt and, if you like them spicy, the spices you like best. Leave to marinate for at least half an hour.
  3. Preheat your air fryer for 3 minutes at 205º.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in the basket (no need for oil, their skin is enough). Program 20 minutes at 180º and 12 minutes more at 190º.
  5. Check that the browning is to your liking. Serve immediately.

Chef’s Recommendations

This is the easiest way to make these breasts, but, like the wings, they are also very tasty with honey and soy sauce or with barbecue sauce, brushed on with a silicone brush 15 minutes after the start of the programme.Another way is to use a mixture of your favourite spices with a little water or oil and a pinch of good paprika for colour.The advantage of this appliance is that you can easily open the basket and check if the time used is enough or if it needs a few more minutes. For the next time you will know how much time is needed and you will avoid opening the basket too much.
