Lemon cheesecake in Air fryer
Enjoy this recipe on how to make Lemon cheesecake in an air fryer. Believe it or not, lemon cheesecake can also be made in the air fryer and the result is nothing to envy.
- 400 g cream cheese
- 200 ml cream
- 150 g sugar
- 50 ml lemon juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- Butter .
- Beat the eggs in a bowl and beat with a mixer until frothy. Add the sugar little by little while continuing to beat.
- Add the lemon zest, lemon juice and cream cheese. Continue beating.
- Put a little butter in a cake tin lined with baking paper. Pour the batter you have just prepared into it and put it in the air fryer for 40 minutes at 160 °.
- Cool on a wire rack and once cool, unmould it. Pour the batter into the baking tin.
