Katsu pork in Air fryer

Ingredients
- 2 pork chops (170 g), boneless
- 56 g breadcrumbs
- 3 g garlic powder
- 2 g onion powder
- 6 g salt
- 1 g white pepper
- 60 g all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Nonstick spray
- Oil .
Steps
- Place the pork chops in a zip-lock bag or cover with plastic wrap.
- Mash the pork with a rolling pin or meat hammer until it is 13 mm thick.
- Combine the crumbs and seasonings in a bowl. Set aside.
- Dredge each pork chop in the flour, then dredge in the beaten eggs and finally dredge in the crumb mixture.
- Preheat your oil-less fryer to 180°C.
- Poat the pork chops on each side with cooking oil and place in the preheated air fryer.
- Cook the pork chops at 180°C for 4 minutes.
- Remove them from the air fryer when done and let them rest for 5 minutes. Cut them into pieces and serve.
